The people of embattled Ukraine have a proud cultural and musical tradition. The current conflict has hindered the opportunity for public performances and gatherings throughout Ukraine. The Kyiv Virtuosi have been chosen to share Ukraine’s spirit and culture with audiences around the world. Join us for an afternoon of Ukraine’s remarkable music and culture and celebrate these incredible performers.
Pre-show activities in the lobby will include a selection of Ukrainian treats and refreshments, an exploration into the tradition of decorating Pysanky Easter eggs, and a display of artwork by Waterloo native artist Scott Ross.
