Resources: a kids play about racism

Gallagher Bluedorn is proud to provide resources for educators that bring arts in to the classroom and help facilitate discussions from literature to social justice to experiences in our broader world. This week we share a resource on talking to children about racism.

Based on the book, “a kids book about racism”, this groundbreaking online performance called "a play about racism," explains what racism is, how to know it when you see and experience it, and ideas for what you can do about it. The play premiered in August of 2020, 41 producing Theatre for Youth theaters bring this online theatrical performance experience for free.  For ages 5+ but all ages welcome!
