The safety of our visitors, artists, volunteers and employees is of the utmost importance to us. As a public and community gathering space, we are mindful of the role we play in social distancing practices to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus and limit exposure to our community.
As such, we are immediately suspending all public events at the Gallagher Bluedorn through April 6, pending the situation at that time.

If you have tickets to one of the postponed public events, we ask that you await the announcement of new dates before making a decision about exchanging or refunding your ticket. We will contact ticket holders by email with more information when shows are rescheduled. We ask for your patience as we work with our partners on their plans regarding rescheduled performance dates, cancellations or refunds.
This is a tremendously uncertain period of time for many organizations. As an arts organization that relies on people coming together, we, too, feel that uncertainty. This year we will begin celebrating 20 years of the Gallagher Bluedorn in the community. We will come together as a community through these trying times. We greatly appreciate any patron who donates the cost of their ticket rather than taking a refund. We certainly understand if that is not financially possible.

What happens if I have tickets to an affected performance?
How will I know if a performance is canceled, rescheduled or postponed?
In the event of a cancellation, the event will be clearly marked as canceled on gbpac.com, and tickets will no longer be available for purchase online or through UNItix.
What about performances after April 6?
As this is a developing situation, we will be canceling and rescheduling events as necessary based on recommendations from the University of Northern Iowa, State of Iowa, State and County Public Health Departments, tour cancellations, and artist cancellations.
How do I process my refund, exchange or donation?
In order to process your refund, exchange or donation, or if you have any questions regarding a specific event, please contact UNItix at 319-273-4849. We will process requests during box office hours beginning directly after the announcement of the cancellation(s). In the event that the campus closes, the box offices will also close. To reach UNItix during closure, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner. The box office will reach out to you with your options once we re-open after the closure.

How much time do I have to process my refund, exchange or donation?
There is no deadline for refunds, exchanges or donations. You do not need to call immediately to process your refund. We may experience a high volume of calls in the first few days after the announcement of cancellations. To save time on the phone, we suggest waiting a few days before calling to process your request.
What if I didn’t purchase my tickets directly from UNItix?
UNItix and Gallagher Bluedorn can only accommodate patrons who purchased tickets through our website or UNItix offices. In the case that you purchased your tickets from a reseller, you must contact their customer service department to inquire about their refund and exchange policy.
