Rental Information: General Usage Guidelines
1. Hall Availability
-
Standard hours of operation: The Great Hall and associated spaces
will be generally available for reservation from a.m. to p.m. Because
there will be multiple daily users, a minimum one-hour change over
period must be factored between differing uses.
-
The Great Hall of the GBPAC will be generally available for use from
August 15 through July 1.
-
The GBPAC will consider reservations during Federal and State holidays
and UNI breaks, within the limits of available staff and resources.
2. Related Space Usage
Use of the Great Hall in the Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center
includes access to the McElroy Lobby, restrooms, and backstage areas before,

have a 15% commission applied to gross sales receipts payable to GBPAC
immediately following the performance at which they were sold. If the
user requires a GBPAC staff member to sell the users novelties,
programs, souvenirs, or other items the commission will be 20%, with receipts payable to GBPAC immediately following the performance at which
they were sold. A final accounting of all concession sales will be completed
jointly by GBPAC and the renter within 30 minutes of the end of the performance
at which they were sold. Renter is responsible for the collection and
payment for all applicable taxes pertaining to Artists concession
sales. Artist may not sell any food or beverage items.
